Warranty Repairs

Alzatex products (except kits) are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase. Before returning a defective product for a warranty repair, click here to request an RMA number. We cannot accept any repair requests without an RMA number. You will receive the RMA within one to two business days with instructions on where to ship the product for repair.

Out of Warranty Repairs

Please make sure to include your original invoice number so we can verify if you're covered with your warranty. Standard repair fees apply to our products. Generally evaluation and repair costs are $100.00 plus shipping and handling however we will never charge you more without confirming the actual repair costs. Please fill out RMA request form. You will receive the RMA number within one to two business days with instructions on where to ship the product.
